V3C 2A8 Attention: Mayor & Council Re: Strata Plan N.W. 573- RIVERSIDE MANOR Your Worship & Members of Council: We are writing this letter to you on behalf of the Owners, Strata Plan N.W. 573 - RIVERSIDE MANOR. Some weeks ago we were advised by the architect of the building that the Municipality had required that the garbage enclosure currently located in proximity of the building was to be moved to the far end of the visitor parking lot in accordance with the rrovisions of the Land Use Contract. When appraised of this, we contacted the residents of the building to deter- mine whether this would create a hardship and inconvenience and whether the present location met with their satisfaction. We were advised by the Owners and the Owners Council that they would prefer the container to be retained in its current location as it provided easy access and did not cause Owners to have to walk through the rain during inclement weather. We were also appraised at that time that the Land Use Contract required a horseshoe pitch to be included on the common property of the Strata Corporation. Upon polling the Owners, we were advised that they would wish this installed and hence, we wrote a letter to the architect denoting the general wishes of the Ownership. We were advised by Mr. Ralph Brownley, architect for the building, that the Municipality, through its Plannerwere adamant that the original plans had to be abided by and that the garbage container enclosure would have to be moved to the far end of the parking lot.
