Re: Alternate Week Meeting Schedule

We believe Mayor Campbell has already informally discussed with Council
members the possibility of continuing the Council's present alternate week meeting
-schedule through May and June and ‘inte the summer months. We set out below a
proposal under which this could be accomplished quite conveniently and the dates

circled on the calendar are the dates proposed for the holding of “Souncil meetings:

If Council do wish to adopt che alternate week meeting proposal the
dates above automatically take care of the two holidays, May 23rd and August
1st, as no meetings are proposed for those dates. Additionally, Monday, July

4th is also missed, and this date is part of the July Ist weekend. Commencing

with a meeting on Tuesday, September 6th, 1977, the Council would revert to

holding a meeting each week.
