Freeman, City Clerk Re: Alternate Week Meeting Schedule We believe Mayor Campbell has already informally discussed with Council members the possibility of continuing the Council's present alternate week meeting -schedule through May and June and ‘inte the summer months. Additionally, Monday, July 4th is also missed, and this date is part of the July Ist weekend. Commencing with a meeting on Tuesday, September 6th, 1977, the Council would revert to holding a meeting each week. May we have the Council's instructions please. City Clerk
