Council is aware that the Annual Spring Clean-up will be held April 21st
to 25th, 1975. This is consistent with previous years and coincides with
the similar Clean-up Week in the District of Coquitlam. Advertising will
be placed in the various newspapers and signs will be placed at the
Shaughnessy Underpass, Mini-Aggie Park, the landscaped island at Woodland
and Westwood, and on the sides of the garbage trucks.

Re: Elgin ~- Shaughnessy Truck Route

In accordance with Council's request from February 17th, 1975, the Committee
recommends that a truck route be established on Elgin Avenue from Mary Hill
Road to Shaughnessy Street and on Shaughnessy Street from Elgin Avenue to
the Lougheed Highway. :

Re: -No Parking - Coast Meridian

The Committee recommends that No Parking regulations from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m. be established on the east side of Coast Meridian from Westminster to

the Lougheed Yighway.

ITEM IV

Re: Pedestrian Crosswalk - Western at Elinor

The Committee recommends that a pedestrian crosswalk be established across
Western Drive from the south side of Elinor. It is further recommended
that approximately 50 feet of sidewalk be constructed cn the south side of
Elinor west from Western at an estimated cost of $500.00.
