City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the
hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Thursday and Friday, August 29th and 30th,
1974 and between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - on working days -

from September 3rd to September 9th, 1974.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the

proposed by~laws shall be. afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public
