ist, 1974, the following recommendations: set forth in a memorandum fron the
City Engineer, June 18th, 74, be approved: |
1. "One garbage pick-up per week be provided to each residential dwelling -
“unit, to each: commercial establishnent, to: each industrial establishment, and ©
to. each public or institutional - butldings oF
2 The: garbage. pick-up to’ be limited ‘to no. more ‘than three. standard garbage
cans weighing no more than 75 pounds each;
°3.. Commercial and Industrial establishments, apartment,. and: public. c or in-
“stitutional buildings requiring. collection service in excess of three Cans os
