That Rezoning Application No. 23/94 for 3160 Westwood Street be approved to proceed for
rezoning from M-1 (General Industrial) to CS-1 (Highway Commercial) under Section 963 of
the Municipal Act subject to a provision of additional parking spaces to conform to the
requirements outlined in the "Development Management Bylaw, 1987, No. 2242".

and Development Permit Application No. 46/94 for 2375 and 2385 Hawthome Avenue.

Moved by Councillor Stewart: |

That Rezoning Application No. 45/94 for 2375 and 2385 Hawthorne Avenue be approved to
proceed for rezoning from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment) under Section 963
of the Municipal Act subject to:

2) Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Municipality;
Completion of Engineering Department requirements to the satisfaction of the Municipality;
Submission of Landscaping Plans to the satisfaction of the Municipality;

Completion of Building Department concerns to the satisfaction of the Municipality;

Consolidation of the properties into one lot,
Issuance of a Development Permit;

That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit No. 46/94; and

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed subject to the

conditions noted above.
