That the following tenders be awarded:
« Roofing be awarded to Transwest at a cost of $143,375.00
° levator be awarded to Richmond Elevators at a cost of $37,129.00

© Site Services be awarded to Matcon Excavating at a cost of $40,994.00

The tenders awarded tonight were not orginally awarded in tender package #5 and #6
These tenders were received June 14,1994. Tho roofing tender was originally included in
Tender Package #5 which closed May 3, 1994. However, due to a change in the scope of
work, this item was retendered, The elevator and site services tender were included in
Tender Package #6 which closed May 25,1994. No bids were received before closing. The
Construction Manager has gone out and actively solicited competitive quotations due to the
fact that we received no bids.

The estimated budget for this work is $263,088.75. The total cost of these awards is
$221,498.00. The construction gains now total $199,398.00 with $8.12% of the work
completed.
