And that the staff from the G.V.R.D. include in their presentation a brief description of the
"Livable Region Strategy Proposals", the Transportation Plan for Greater Vancouver, and the
“Creating Vancouver’s Green Zone" documents and explain how they, together, interact to
provide the basis for a "Regional Plan".

And that Council approve the joint public meeting of January 26, 1994 with Staff from ihe
G.V.R.D. strategic Planning Section, Council Members from Port Moody and Coquitlam and
their respective Planners. The subject of this meeting to be a vision of the impact of 1 & 2
above, in the Tri-Cities.

That the G.V.R.D. be informed that the March 3ist, 1994 deadline for comments on the
"Livable Region Strategy: Proposals" was unreasonable and could not be met.

Defeated.

on January 17, 1994, at 7:45 PM.
