"NO PARKING” SIGNS - TURN AROUND AT RAST END OF CHELSEA
(Poblic Works Commins Meeting of Jone 23, 1992)

That Council approve the placement of “No Parking Anytime" signs at the turn around at the
east end of Chelsea Avenue.

The Public Works Committee considered the attached memorandum from the Chief Licence
Inspector and Bylaw Enforcement Officer dated June 11, 1992 regarding a request for "No
Parking" signs on Chelsea Avenue. It was noted that cars are parking overnight at the tum
around at the east end of Chelsea Avenue making it difficult for City crews to turn their vehicles

around.
