REAL PROPERTY FOR SALE BY TENDER

The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam invites tenders for the purchase
of the undernoted property:

Parcel C (Reference Plan 216), Block 21, Except: Parcel Two (Bylaw
Plan 71466), District Lot 232, Group 1, Plan 1163, New Westminster

District,
and

Parcel B (Bylaw Plan 71467), District Lot 232, Group 1, Plan 2111, New
Weatminster District,

This property is zoned RS-2 (Smail Lot Residential) and has an area of
approximately 5,806 square feet. It ig located at 1226 Pitt River Road in the
City of Port Coquitlam.

Tenders must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside
"Tender for 1226 Pitt River Road Property" and addressed to:

Third Floor, 2560 Shaughnessy Street,
Port Coquitlam, 3.C.

and be in her hands by 12:00 o'clock noon, Thursday, June 25th, 1992. Any
ender received after this time will be returned unopened as will all tenders
inadvertently opened before the closing time as a result of not being
adequately marked on the outside of the sealed envelope as required.

Terms of Sale

1. a.) A certified cheque in the amount of $5,000.00 must accompany each
tender ag a deposit and each tender will be open for acceptance by the
Council for a period of 30 days.

The balance of the offered price must be paid by the successful
tenderer within 30 days or as soon thereafter as requested or the
deposit will be forfeited, This time limit may be extended by mutual
consent.
