That the applicant be advised that prior to Council considering approval _ to proceed to this rezoning application from C-1 to CD, the project should: (a) be complemented by a comprehensive Area Control Plan for the lands between Pitt River Road and the Meridian Industrial Area; (b) be referred to a Public Information Meeting, together with the Area Control Pian; . | - (e) receive approval in principle from the Fraser River Harbour Commission, Department of Highways, Department of Fisheries, and Ministry of Environment; (d) »e revised to fully comply with parking/zoning and Bullding Code . regulations. . 2. That the applicant be advised that preparation of the Area Control Plan - mentioned in (1) above will require participation of consultants. The ‘City has not budgeted for the hiring of these consultants in 1991. 3.
