From the City Planner, July 3rd, 1991 regarding Rezoning Application No.
12/90 for 1884 Argue Street.

_ 1. That the applicant be advised that prior to Council considering approval
_ to proceed to this rezoning application from C-1 to CD, the project should:

(a) be complemented by a comprehensive Area Control Plan for the lands
between Pitt River Road and the Meridian Industrial Area;

(b) be referred to a Public Information Meeting, together with the Area
Control Pian; .

| -  (e) receive approval in principle from the Fraser River Harbour
Commission, Department of Highways, Department of Fisheries, and

Ministry of Environment;

(d) »e revised to fully comply with parking/zoning and Bullding Code
. regulations. .

2. That the applicant be advised that preparation of the Area Control Plan -
mentioned in (1) above will require participation of consultants. The
‘City has not budgeted for the hiring of these consultants in 1991.

3. That the applicant be advised that if approval to proceed to bylaw stage,
after all items in (1) above are resolved is granted, it will be subject.
