The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbla which are more particularly described as; a) Lot 119, b) South half of Lot 4 ; and the 7 District Lot 289, North Half of Lot 5, : Group One, Except Parcels K and L Plan 59195 (Plan with bylaw filed 6287), District Lot 289, Group One, ; Plan 1763 ec) Lot ¢, District Lot 289, | Group One, Plan 18473 all in New Westminster District are hereby rezoned from RS~1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is . hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. 2.
