amending the Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2161 Schedule "A"
redesignating Lot 1, DeL. 232, Grp. 1, NWLD Plan 73976 from Phase One
Multi-Family Development to Phase One Single Family Development.

And that this approval be subject to the applicant's registering 4
building scheme controlling house siting, tandscape grading, and driveway
instal lation.

And that the bylaw approval be subject to the applicant's instituting
architectural contro! over the subdivision, ensuring that quality of.
buildings in the subdivision are of a similar quality to surrounding
subdivisions.
