Dear Jana:

The fort Coquitlam Ringette Association requests Councils permission to use

the Ice Rink complex to host the 1985 Provincial B Ringette Championships.
| Dates : March 21st, 1985 = 4:00pm to 11:00pm
March 22nd, 1985 =~ 6:am to 11:00pm
March 23rd, 1985 = 6:00am to 11:00pm
- March 24th, 1985 = 6:00am to 10:00 pm

we would like to use the following facilities:

Mabbett Room, Young Room, Office, Skate Shop, First Aid Room, Both Arenas,
Referees Room, Room under Stairs going to Mabbett Room.

We trust the ice costs will be as Per past years and that the City run the
concession.
