RECOMMENDATION: That City Council direct the Clerks! Office to
prepare a bylaw rezoning Lots 1 and 2 D.L. 466
Plan 2423 from RS-1 to RT-1. :

‘BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

This is an existing non-conforming duplex building. The
Suilding was constructed before 1967 and was overlooked during
the 1979 omnibus rezoning bylaw for duplex buildings.

In as much as this building was constructed before the RT-1
Zoning District was enacted, approval of its rezoning is being
recommended. :
