By-law No. 1723: to remove the Zone. Designation of RS-1 now assigned to Lot 1 of District Lot 380, Group One, Plan 6234, except that portion lying Southwest of the Lougheed Highway, Plan 10030, New Westminster District and’ assigning the Zone Designation of: CD (Comprehensive Development) to the said property.
