Re: Zoning Amendment By~law No. 1555 - Flood Plain Elevation Regulations

Alderman Laking has requested that we place the above noted By-law on the
Agenda for Council consideration. ;

If Council are desirous of proceeding with the By-law, the following resolution
should be considered: —

"That By-law No. 1555 be read a third time."

However, if Council are desirous of not proceeding further with this By-law,
the alternate resolution given below should be considered:

' "That By-law No. 1555 be abandoned and not further -processed."

A copy of By-law No. 1555 is attached.
