February 24th, 1977 A Special Meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam was heid in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlain City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on February 24th, 1977 at 4:30 p.m. lis Worship Mayor J.M. RESOLUTIONS: .The City Clerk advised that in connection with Zoning Amendment By- City Clerk re Zon. Amend. B/laws 1510 laws Nos. 1510 to 1517, inclusive, now in process a resolution instructing - 1517 incl.& poss. issuance of bldg. as to the procedure to be followed respecting the possible issuance of permits building permits relating to the properties involved was required. Aiderman Laking explained the circumstances giving rise to the necessity for passage of the resolution and a general discussion ensued. Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Ranger: That the Senior Building Inspector of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, be and he is hereby instructed to withhold the issuance of building permits for the Properites listed hereunder for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of appiication: 1. That portion of Lot 1 of Lot A, Section 6, Block 6, North Range 1 East, Plan 8560, EXCEPT Firstly, Part included in Plan 9168; Secondly, Parcel "B", Reference Plan 12888; Thirdly, Parcel "A", Reference Plan 13490, New Westminster District now zoned CS-1l (Service Commercial); 2. Lot 72, Block 4, District Lot 480, Group 1, Plan 20844, New Westminster District; 3. Lot 73, Block 4, District Lot 480, Group 1, Plan 20844, New Westminster District; 4.
