That the City Administrator be authorized to meet with the Secretary-
Treasurer of the Board of School Trustees, Sciool District No. 43 (Coquitlam)
to discuss the necessary amendments to the Operating Budget Agreement of
the Hyde Creek Pool and report back to Council thereon. Carried.

Annual Municipal Officers' Conference will be held in Victoria on June ‘Officers'

2nd, 3rd, and 4th, 1976, and that this Conference is partly sponsored by June 2,3, &

the Department of Municipal Affairs and is attended by members of the

Department to update the delegates on new legislation and policy changes

within the Department.

That Mr. L.D. Pollock, City Administrator, Mr. R.A. Freeman,
City Clerk, and Mr. G. F. Forcier, City Treasure, be authorized to
attend the Annual Municipal Officers’ Conference to be held in Victoria
on June 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, 1976, and that their registration fees, in
the amount of $30.00 each plus vegular per diem expenses, be paid by the
City. Carried.

meet the Subdivision of Land By~law in every regard with the exception Twp. 39,etc,
of frontage, consideration in granting an exemption as permitted in
Section 712(2) cf the Mmicipal Act, be given. ‘The City Engineer, in
his memorandum, also recalled the fact that at the Council meeting of
September 9th, 1974, the following resolution was passed:
"That as recommended in a report frea the Land Sales Committee,
September 6th, 1974, a small piece of City-owned property consisting of
an area of 50 x 66 which is presently an extension of Patricia Avenue
leading into City-owned park, be dedicated for road allowance upon
payment by the applicant, Mr. Hugh McDonald, of the sum of $2,500.00,

plus the cost of the legal survey required to effect the dedication,"
