(b) All construction details shall conform to the previsions of the applicable portions of the National 3uilding Code of Canada, the British Columbia Plumbing Code, and the "City of Port Coquitlam Building and Plumbing Code Administration By-law, 1974, No. 1298". 6. Notwithstanding the provisions of the “City of Port Coquitlam Subdivision of Land by~law, 1970, No. 992" the land shal]. be subdivided in the manner shown on the proposed Plan of Subdivisio.1 attached hereto as Appendix 7 and then shall not be further subdivided in any manner what- goever. 2 No sign or signs shail be erect :d upon the Jand or on any building or structure thereon except those shown and set ott in the particulars in the Schedules hereto. . &. Off-street parking, loading spaces, garbage pick-up areas, and other facilities ani anenities shall be provided, located and constructed in accordance with the Appendices hereto, 9. All buildings and structures shall be constructed strictly, in compli- ance with and according to the plans, elevations, and perspectives set out in the Appendices hereto, provided (a) that all >uilding plans shall be subject to the approval of the Council to be expressed by resolution, and (b) that minor alterations to the pians so approved by the Council may be permitted and approved by the Building Inspector. 10. All landscaping, surface treatments, fences and screens shall be constructed, lecated, provided and maintained in compliance with and accoridng to the plans set out in the Appendices hereto.
