Re: Nature Area

The Council is now in a position to finalize the dedication of the Nature Area,
authorize the consolidation of the various small parcels into one large parcel,
and authorize the registration of the Nature Area in the New Westminster Land
Registry Office. These procedures wili effectively dedicate the area as "Nature
Area" for all time. ’

We suggest that Council give consideration tc passage of the following resolutions:

1. "Yhat By-law No. 1281 be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted."
(This refers to the "Nature Area Dedication By-law, 1973, No. 1281")

2. "That By-law No. 1393 be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted."
(This refers to the "Nature Area Dedication By-law, 1975, No. 1393")

3. “That By-law No. 1397 be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted.”

(This refers to the "Nature Area Subdivision Authorization By-law,
1975, No. 1397")
