THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING _ C 0) i C | [ ZONING BY-LAW OO ® : AUG 12 1976 The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B. C. on Monday, September 9th, 1974 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918": By-law 1328: (a) . to create two new Zones — RM-3 (Intermediate Density Apartment Residential) and RM~4 (Maximum Density Apartment Residential) ~ and provide appropriate regulations therefore respecting permitted uses, lot coverage, side yards, floor area, and other relevant matters, to repeal Clause (g) of Subsection (3) of Section 503 and substitute the following: "(g) in the RM-1 ZONE: (i) shall not exceed a height of 30 feet or 3 storeys. (ii) together with other buildings on the lot, shall have not less than 5,000 square feet of lot area for each dwelling unit." to repeal Clause (h) of Subsection (3) of Section 503 is repealed and the following is substituted: "(h) in the RM-2 ZONE, together with other buildings on the lot, shall have not less than 4,000 square feet of lot area for each dwelling unit." As By~law No. 1328 does not actually designate any property in the City to be either RM-3 or RM-4 no property in the City is affected by the provision lettered (a) above. However, those provisions lettered (d) and (c) will affect all property in the City that is presently zoned RN-l (Low Density Apartment Residential) and RM-2 (Medium Density Apartment ° .
