Whereas the lands hereinafter described are not required for
municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be It resolved that:

Parcel "A" (Bylaw Plan 6775) District Lot 479, Group One, Plan 2145,
New Westminster District, belng a portion of the former Laurter Avenue
road aliowance just west of Coast Meridian Road be sold to Garibaldi
Management Ltd., 1234 Pitt River Road, Port Coquitlam, B.C. if terms
Satisfactory to the Council! can be agreed upon and no preferable
alternative proposal Is received from any other person;

~The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish
post the "Notice of Intention to Sell Real Property" Notice appearin
The Agenda documents of this Counci| meeting.
