THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY _OF PORT COQUITZAM BYLAW_NO. 2028 A Bylaw to stop up and close to traffic a portion APR ยง 1384 of Road shown dedicated on Plans 2145 and 2300, APR 16 1984 of District Lot 479, Group One, New Westminster District, in the City of Port Coquitiam. . WHEREAS pursuant to Clause (b) of Subsection (1) of Section 57B of the "Municipal Act", being Chapter 290 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, the Municipal Council! may by bylaw stop up and close to traffic a highway or any portion of a highway; AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam deems it desirable and expedient that certain portions of highway hereinafter described be stopped up and closed to traffic; ; NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as fol lows: (a) All that portion of Road shown dedicated on Plan 2145 in District Lot 479, Group One, New Westminster District containing an area of 373.7 square meters included within the heavy outline on a reference plan certified by Walter &. Frith, British Columbia Land Surveyor, dated the 8th day of March 1984, a copy of which is attached hereto; All that portion of Road shown dedicated on Plan 2300 in District Lot 479, Group One, New Westminster District containing an area of 262.5 square meters included within the heavy outtine on a reference plan certified by Walter E. Frith, British Columbia Land Surveyor, dated the 8th day of March 1984, a copy of which is attached hereto; are hereby stopped up and closed to traffic. This Bylaw may be cited for al! purposes as the "Laurier Avenue (Plans 2145 and 2300) Road Closure Bylaw, 1984, No. 2028". FINAL READING
