The buildings conform to all aspects of the CS—1 zoning and are suitable for highway commercial uses. Manufacturing, warehousing and other genera) industrial uses will no longer be permitted on the site. The 42 on-site parking stalls have been provided in accordance with the M-1 zoning. Under CS~1 zoning, a total of 46 parking stalls will be required for commercial use. The applicant will therefore be required to identify four additional off-street parking stalls. - The proposed rezoning conforms to the Official Community Plan Designation for this portion of Westwood Street.
