In reference to C.T.I. DESIGN drawing #214, Rev.1, sheet
1, dated 10/12/92.

The drawings show approximately half the paved road
section be removed and replaced.

Upon inspection, it was noticed the entire road section
was in generally poor condition, and I have asked for prices to re-
instate the entire section.

I would ask that the City of Port Coquitlam pay for all
or part of the costs of this extra work. The area is approximately
