A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy
Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, December 7th, 1992, at 7:30 p.m.

Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Councillors M.D. Gates (7:47 p.m.), M.J. Gordon, J.J. Keryluk,
R.H. Talbot, M.A. Thompson, and M.R. Wright were in attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk S. Rauh, Acting City
Engineer J.E. Yip, Director of Planning C.R. Felip, and Fire Chief J. Baillie.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Ms. Rita Nathawad, Honour Roll Student,
Mary Hill Junior Secondary School, and a talented youg student of Peali Dance School of
Bharatha Natyam. His Worship presented Ms. Nathawad a Port Coquitlam book and pin.

That the minutes of the Regular Council meeting held on November 30th, 1992 be taken as
read and adopted.

BYLAWS:

Councillor Thompson introduced a Bylaw to impose Development Cost Charges for Water
Facilities requirements in Specified Areas.
