aed Boaeee rg te THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM BYLAW NO. 2647 A Bylaw to Amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" MAR 1 6 1982 The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1, The definition of “Townhouse” in Section 161 of "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is amended by adding the following thereto ag a second paragraph: "Notwithstanding the definition of ‘Apartment Residential’ in this Bylaw, townhouse buildings may contain two or more dwelling units." 3. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2647”, . Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 24th day of February, 1992. Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 24th day of February, 1992, Public Hearing held this 16th day of March, 1992. Intent of the Bylaw: To reduce the present minimum requirement of three dwelling units in any one townhouse building to two dweliing units. The Bylaw does not affect the total Aumber of dwelling units that may be built on any one site. Location of Property To Which the Amendment will Apply: All property in the City located in any zone in which a townhouse building may be constructed.
