BYLAW NO. 2622

A Bylaw to authorize the leasing of a portion of the bed and
foreshore of the Pitt River from the Fraser River Harbour Commisssion.

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: _

1. The Municipal Council] of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam is
hereby authorized to lease from the Fraser River Harbour Commission the
portion of the bed and foreshore of the Pitt River described in the Lease
attached hereto and marked Schedule “A” on the terms and subject to the
conditions set out therein.

The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
are hereby authorized to sign the said Lease on behalf of the City and to
affix the City's Corporate Seal thereto. .

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Coast Meridian Road
Bulkhead Foreshore Lease Agreement Authorization Bylaw, 1991, No. 2622”
