SUBJECT: Terry Fox Memorabilia

RECOMMENDATION:

That the Mayor and the Clerk be —aorized to sign the attached agreement with we B. C.
Sports Hall of Fame.

BACKGROUND & COMMENTS:

The B. C. Sports Hall of Fame at B. C. Place Stadium is establishing a permanent display
on Terry Fox. They would like to borrow part (actually most) of the Terry Fox

Memorabilia which is not being displayed at the Terry Fox Library. B.C. Sports Hall of
Fame have said that they concur with the terms set out in the attached agreement. Betty
Fox has also approved this agreement.
