Dear Mr. Thompsons

I am writing to you regarding the sale of the Kilmer
House.

I have a six year old daughter enrolled in the Mary Hill
Children's Centre and attending Grade One at Kilmer
Elementary School. I work full time out of necessity, not
to get rich, and consider myself very fortunate to have
found such a wonderful daycare for my daughter to spend
before and after school at. There are eighty four other
chiliren at the Centre and I know their parents feel the
same way.

I have heard the Directors of the Mary Hill Children's
Centre have put a bid on the property and am very concerned
that a contractor may outbid this group. I would ask that
you please consider the impact this would have on our
community if this daycare is forced to close in the months

ead when, you are making your decision.
