The design of the building is still current and there is no need to
alter the proposal as originally submitted and approved by Council.

DISCUSSION:

Approval «— ‘hig extension by Council will permit this project to
continue to the .-nstruction stage. The development is of good quality and
consistent with tne new development taking place in this area of the City.
Subject to compliance with the Development Procedures Bylaw, the requested
extension can be supported.
