(hereinafter called the “Premises” );

AND WHEREAS the Lessee desires to rent the Premises from the Lessor on
a month to month basis; .

hereby acknowledged, and other good and valuable consideration:

1. Yhe Lessor. does demise to the Leasee, his executors, administrators
and assigns, and the Lessee does hereby take and rent the Premises,
from the lst day of June, 1991 for the term of one month, yielding
during the term the rent of $650.00 of lawful money of Canada payable
in advance by the Lessee to the Lessor by delivery of the same to:
