2.4.10 ey hig oe whi Ye: cen ear baie Every owner and occupant of an area where combustible liquids are stored, received, or dispensed shall post adequate "NO SMOKING” signs in conspicuous places on the premises. . Every owner and occupant of premises where combustible liquids are dispensed shall display in'a conspicuous place on the premises a sign showing the requirements of Article 2.4.2 of this Bylaw in their entirety. No person shall use Fire Code Class I or Class II combustible liquids for cleaning floors, walls, furniture or woodwork within any building. No stationary internal combustion engiae using flammable liquids as fuel shall be installed or used in any building. There shall be maintained in every store which handles paint or oil for sale or use, at least one approved fire extinguisher, to be kept at all times in good repair and available for immediate use. The owner and occupant of every gas station shall on maintain in good and efficient working order one or more approved fire extinguishers on the premises. The number and locations of such fire extinguishers may be increased and determined in accordance with the directions of an Officer given from time to time. Each floor of every garage and gas station shall be equipped with at least one self closing metal refuse receptacle, and all flammable waste material shall be kept therein until entirely removed from such garage. No person carrying on the business of a gas station shall employ any person ag an attendant unless that person has successfully completed a training programme in fire safety and protection designed for. gas station employees and approved by the Fire Chief.
