Permit Application 51/90 Portions of 1637 and 1669 Mary Hill Road.

Moved by Alderman Wrights:
Seconded by Alderman Gates:

That a resolution authorizing the Planning Department to draft Development
Permit 51/90, be approved; and

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to Sigr the Development Permit,
subject to:

a. Completion of rezoning application 80/88;

of Planning;

Submission of completed jJandscape plans to the Satisfaction of the
Parks and Recreation Department;

Satisfaction of Engineering requirements, including provision of
appropriate access to the townhouse development;

The applicant being informed of the comments received from the
R.C.M.P.;

The applicant being informed that a Building Code review will be done
at the time of Building Permit application and that a Geotechnical
Engineers report will be required as part of the Building Permit
process; and

AS suggested by the Fire Chief, the buildings to be Sprinklered,

That City Council approve the following:

A resolution authorizing the Planning Departrent to draft Development
Permit 1/91; and

A resolution authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to Sign the Development
Permit, subject to:

a. Soiution of the concerns expressed by the Building Department; and

b. Sulmission of the complete landscaping plans to the Satisfaction of
the Parks and Recreation Department.
