Solution of the concerns expressed by the Building Department; and b. Submission of the complete landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department. BACKGROUND: This Development Permit ig for the construction of two buildings within the Meridian Industrial Park! ‘The subject site is currently cccupied by the existing Wesgar Building. The site is located at the end of Kebet Way, which exceeds the permissible length of a cul-de-sac road. Emergency vehicle access, therefore, would have to be provided over the site. PROJECT. DESCRIPTION: The design of the two buildings is in character with other recently approved or proposed buildings within the Meridian Industrial Park. Landscaping at the rear of the property along the Mary Hill Bypass will act as a visual screen. Access to the proposed buildings would be from a paved roadway entering off of Kebet Way. Emergency vehicle access would also be gained from this roadway.
