The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and post the
"Notice of Intention to Sell Real Property” Notice appearing in the Agenda
document of this Council meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;
The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein.

Council reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject all of the bids
41£ Council in its absolute discretion determines that rejection is

appropriate.

Whereas the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal
purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1. Lot 3, Block 27, District Lot 464, Group One, Plan 2286, New Westminster
District, be sold to COUNSELOR DEVELOPMENTS INC., Suite B - 4502 Fairmont
Road, Nerth Vancouver, B.C. V7R 2W9 if terms satisfactory to Council can
be agreed upon and no preferable alternative proposal is received from any

other person;
