RECOMMENDATION:

That the Clerk's Cifice be directed to prepare a bylaw rezoning Lot 7 of
D.L. 290, Land District 36 NWLD Plan 13636 from RS-3 and RS—1 to RS~2

COMMENTS:

This application is to subdivide a large estate size property into several
lots. Initially, there was a concern about servicing capacity in the area.
That problem has been addressed by the City Engineering Department.

Approval of this application is recommended.
