SUBJECT: Development Variance Permit No. 4/89
for 3266 Coast Meridian Road.

RESOLUTION:

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of January 19th, 1989 that a Voluntary Development Variance Permit
be issued for Lots 1, 2, and 3 of Block 16 of the West Half of the Northwest
quarter of Section 6, Township 40 NWLD Plan 2324 to relax requirements of the
Sign Bylaw No. 2095 Schedule 'D”.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of
January 30th, 1989 the owners and residents of property surrounding the
subject property have been advised that Council are considering issuance of
this Voluntary Development Variance Permit at its meeting of February 20th,
1989. Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions should be
considered by the Council and a decision reached as to whether or not the
Development Variance Permit should be issued.
