seconded by Alderman Wright:

That a restrictive covenant authorizing a roof overhang into a city
sewer right~of-way at 2338 Begbie Terrace be authorized and that the
Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the encroachment agreement.

That the Clerk's Office be directed to prepare a bylaw rezoning lots
1 and 3 Plan 68513 from RS-1 and RS-3 to RM-3.

And that final passage of the rezoning bylaw be subject to

registration of a Restrictive Covenant limiting development of the
property to the building plans submitted for this rezoning application.

That City Council direct the Clerk's office to prepare a bylaw
rezoning Lot 2, Blk. Y, DeL. 255, Gro. 1, Plan 22343, NWLD from RS-3,
Estate Residential to M-3, Special Industrial.

And that this rezoning be subject to a restrictive covenant being
registered to require the southerly 20 metres be left as a buffer strip.
