The Contractor shall, as a condition of this Agreement,

establish and maintain his or her residence within the limits

of the City of Port Coquitiam.

8. The term of this Agreement expiring on the day of

198 PROVIDED THAT this Agreement may be terminated

without reasons at any time by either party upon three month's

notice in writing, served upon the other.
