NOTICE OF [tNTENTION TO SELL REAL PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given that The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam has the intention of selling that certain parcel of land in Port
Coquitiam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as:

The easterly 0.7685 ha (1.899 acres) of Lot 6, Ofstrict Lot 232, Group
One, Plan 68514, New Westminster District,

and which is located on the North side of Saskatchewan Avenue, West of PItt
River Road, Port Coquitiam, 8.C., and has an area of 0.7685 ha (1.899
acres).

In the event that the foregoing lands are offered for sale, the lowest
price which will be accepted for them is $162,965.00.

I# any person desires any further Information regarding Counci!'s
intention to sell these lands, or would like to make any proposal for the
acquisition of them, please contact the undersigned on or before 12:00
o'clock noon on the 13th day of March, 1986.
