"That the Indenture between The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitiam (as Grantor) and The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam and The Port Coquitlam Branch of the Royal
Canadian Legion (as Grantee) relating to Lots 127 and 129 of
District Lot 379, Group One, Pian 65842, New westminster
District and wherein an easement is granted over a certain
Portion of Lot 127 in favour of Lot 129 be and the same jis
hereby approved;

AND THAT: His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be
authorized to execute the necessary Indenture on behalf of
the City and to attix the City's Corporate Seal thereto."
