October 31st, 1977.

A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chamber, Port
Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B. C. on
October 31st, 1977 at 7:30 p.m.

His Worship Mayor J.M. Campbell, Aldermen J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking,
E.W. Mabbett, P.F. Ranger, and L.M. Traboulay in attendance.

Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer L.D. Pollock,
Assistant City Engineer L. Melnechenko, P. Eng., City Clerk R.A. Freeman,
Fire Chief W.S. Wingrove, Recreation Director Janna Taylor. Planning
Officer L. Lee, Works & Utilities Superintendant G.W. Ulmer, and Mrs.
D.L. Vyse.
