None of the 11 lots meet the frontage requirements of the City's Subdivision of Land By-law although the smallest lots (that is proposed lots 5, 6 & 7) are in excess of a thousand square feet beyond the minimum area requirements of 5,400 square feet. The _ Committee recommends that Counci} grant frontage exemptions for the pro- - posed lots as permitted in Section 772 (2) of the Municipal Act.
