June 9th, 1975 Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution, Alderman Laking commented that a problem has arisen in that there is no ramp to the main floor of the Justice Building for the convenience of people in wheelchairs, and suggested that the feasibility of constructing such a ramp be investigated. City Adm.re amend. From the City Administrator, June 6th, 1975, referring to the to contract-CU & C Health City's Group Wage Indemnity Plan with the carrier, C.U. & C. Health Services @ Services Society which provides that benefits shall commence on the first day of an accident cor the eighth day of an illness, or on the first day of expiry of sick leave, whichever is later, and advising that it was not intended to have the contract read this way as the Union Contract provides for a certain number of sick days for each employee.
