The Potters’ Guild of British Columbia. is dedicated to

the pursuit of excellence in ceramics. It is a non-profit organization founded in 1955, and
is a registered Society, The Guild maintains an office at 1359 Cartwright Street in
Vancouver, B.C., sponsors exhibitions, invitational shows, sales, workshops, publishes a
newsletter, is permanantly represented on the NorthWest Ceramic Foundation Board of
Directors and operates the Gallery of B.C, Ceramics.

The Guild offers to its members the following: reduced rates to workshops and other events;
the News/etfer published ten times per year; a book and publications library, video rental
library, and the oppertunity to sell work at the Gallery of B.C, Ceramics; encouragement to
take an active part in the organization and its programs.
