Re: Application for Strata Subdivision - SS#26-74 - 3470-72 Jervis Street At the regular Council Meeting held on February 3rd, 1975 Council passed the following resolution: "That as recommended in a report from the Planning & Zoning Committee, Jar.uary 30th, 1975, application $S#26-74 to subdivide by Strata Title an existing duplex on Lot 132, District Lot 380, Group One, Plan 37120, located at 3470-72 Jervis Street, be approved subject to Council's established policy on conversion." In advising the applicant by letter of February 5th, 1975 the City Clerk stated, following the Council resolution, the following: "In line with established Council policy with respect fo the creation of Strata Subdivisions, the Council's tentative approval is subject to the following conditions: 1. Payment to the City of $300.00 per dwelling unit to be credited to the City’s Waterworks Capital Reserve Fund. 2. Payment of $150.00 per dwelling unit to the City to be -credited to the City's Parks Land Acquisition Reserve Fund. 3. Payment of $10.00 per strata lot created to the City as required by the City's Subdivision By-law and the Municipal Act. It is not the intention of the Council's Strata Sub- division Policy to require duplicate payments or the duplicate fulfilling of requirements and if any of the payments or con- ditions set forth above have been otherwise arranged for through a Land Use Contract, rezoning conditions, or otherwise, then compliance with those conditions have been automatically accomplished." The strata subdivision plans have now been received for approval and because of the considerable lapse of time since the original Council approval, Council might wish to reconsider the approval. In view of the lapse of time, Council might also wish to consider placing a time limit of 90 days faeces
