The proposed rezoning to permit construction of « new duplex generally
conforma to the Zoning Bylaw requirements for the BY~i gone and the design
guidelines in the Official Community Plan for infill residential.

Approval of this Rezoning Application will permit the construction of one
new Two Family Residence, and as the lot exceeds the minimum zoning
requicemente, it is recommended that this application be supported.
