It has recently come to my attention that: the property owner of 2172 Salisbury (Lot 333) is ‘considering an application for Plans Cancellation. Upon further investigation I discovered a road closure on Perth Street in 1982 in order to create Lot 333. Attached please find documents pertaining to the sale of a portion of Perth Street road allowance. Of particular interest, in case of a plans cancellation application, would be the option to purchase, which is registered against the property title and is om behalf of the City. The option states the City can obtain the easterly 1.4 metres of Lot 333 for the sum of $1.00 should we so require it, and that option is open until the Ist day of April, of 2062. S.
